They showed me a CSV file from Excel that looked like this

Note how the quotes only happen on row 2 column 2. I was surprised it
did that, but now I have some pressure to write a csv maker that has
that structure. Its weird, even when there are spaces in values there
are no quotation marks.
Has anybody done this and verified that it matc...

I have tried adding the flag --rsh "ssh" to the command but it tells me this:

Can someone please help how to set this up to go over SSH and without the need to supply a password?
Thanks in advance

CTI in ActiveRecord
I search an plugin or gem, but don''t find nothing satisfactory. I
believe to be stranger a technology that nails the DRY, have that create

Exists an soluction for this? I want a solution similar to this:

t.column :address
end

why is dovecot "Allowing any password"
...hat is, but that is a terrible requirement that makes me very suspicious someone is being either lazy or intentionally breaking security for nefarious purposes. I'd walk away.

Lister: What d'ya think of Betty? Cat: Betty Rubble? Well, I would go
with Betty... but I'd be thinking of Wilma. Lister: This is crazy. Why
are we talking about going to bed with Wilma Flintstone? Cat: You're
right. We're nuts. This is an insane conversation. Lister: She'll never
leave Fred, and we know it.

write a .csv parser that _only_ suppor...

R-beta: offset and glm again
I guess I understand it now (although it is surprising to me).
The following is a valid model formula
fred ~ wilma + offset(barney)
that sets the model offset to barney.
Given that this works, it would seem that one could remove the
offset =
argument from the glm call (and document the offset feature somewhere).
Too bad that one can't set weights the same way.
The anova bug when offsets are used is sti...

Cant get Asterisk server talk with IAX
Hi everyone,
I am trying to connect 2 asterisk servers via IAX, but it just
fails to do so.. I'm using SIP to connect the IP phones on the
LAN at the 2 different physical locations where each server
resides and I'm able to communicate on my LAN via SIP without
any issues. The problem is that I'm unable to make Asterisk
servers talk with each other via IAX..
Here is my issue.

problem with 'svyby' function from SURVEY package
Hello,
I'm using a complex survey dataset and my goal is to simply spit out a bunch of probability-weighted outcome variable means for the different levels of covariate. So I first define the structure of the study design (I'm using the CDC's NHANES data):
dhanes <- svydesign(id=~PSU, strat=~STRATA, weight=~lab_weight, data=final, nest=TRUE)
No problem there.
Now I use the

Redundancy recomendations?
I am working on a RoR project that fetches some of its data out of an
existing database. The database server is physically located in
Florida. When Wilma went through there were problems, I''m not sure how
much of it was server related or the network connections between
Illinois and Florida. Long story short we are now looking at deploying
a geographically seperate servers for both for the database and
webserver.

R-beta: offset code in glm....
I'm trying delve into the offset code in glm, and I have to admit I'm getting
lost.
My particular concern is that if you do something like
glm( fred ~ wilma, offset=barney, data=betty)
then the offset is not found if barney is a component of the data frame
betty. (If you do the same thing with weights, then the weight is found in the
data frame).
I don't know if this is a design decision, and I can't follow the logic of the
model.offsets...

Help with Multiple Readers, 1 Writer scenario
Hi,
I''m building a web server application using Ferret [thanks so much
Dave], Mongrel and Camping which works fine servicing one request at a
time, but serialises searches if more than one request arrives, so I''d
like some advice please about the best way to use multiple readers and

Some background ... query requests which in my case are always read
only, arrive via
