I just tried to order the CON-SNT-CP7960 part from CDW. This is the ~$8 1yr support contract that's supposed to give access to the Cisco download site for firmware for the 7960 . wellll, I got a call from CDW saying that Cisco wouldn't authorize them to sell that product to me.
