Unless you're doing something unsual, why not just run a second DC with
it's own DNS server and let Samba handle it? You really should have more
than one DC anyway.

Factanal loadings as large as 1.2 with promax -- how unusual?
I am performing a large (105 variable) factor analysis with factanal,
specifying promax rotation. I kow that some loadings over 1.0 are not
unsual with that rotation, but I have some as large as 1.2, which seems
extreme. I am skirting the assumptions of the model by using responses
on a 7-point rating scale as data; I may have to go back and compute
polychoric correlations instead of product moment, but before doing that
I would like to know...

Wine on Cygwin
Hi,
It's been some time since the question was asked: Does wine now compile on
cygwin?
I know there are some apps and games out there that just won't run under
Win2k/XP anymore and for them a wine running under Win2k/Xp would be like the
perfect solution.
Has anyone infos on this?
Thanks in advance

IVTV and xen: silent intermittent failures reading from /dev/video0
[Disclaimer: I realize that I probably won''t get this problem solved as it''s probably an unsual setup. I thought I''d ask, though.]
P roblem: ''cat /dev/video0 > test.mpg'' (a simple IVTV test of my hardware mpeg2 encoder) doesn''t work properly under Xen. When this command is run, test.mpg should grow approximately 1MB/sec in perpetuity, and does so when...

pdf printer
Hi,
I created a PDFPrinter as per
http://marc.theaimsgroup.com/?l=samba&m=105301236523413&w=2
I have another question, do I need to add a Color Laser Printer Driver in
W2K to the PDF share to generate color PDF in Windows?
Regards,
Norman
