[LLVMdev] Obsolete PTX is NOT completely removed in 3.2 release
...o what can we expect from a release process document? My hope is that we have reached a sort of sequence point and the ambiguity of the release process can be resolved despite all the side effects. David also stated this: > Generally, so far as I know, this kind of post-release change is > unprecedented. I agree with this conclusion but even more unprecedented is to a expect timely and problem free release with zero and I'll repeat again zero involvement from the wider community that depends on the clang+llvm! This is how the 3.2 release has happened, just compare the list of 3.2 to 3.1 bin...

How to use perl bindings for dtrace on macosx leopard ?
According to this page, http://www.apple.com/macosx/technology/unix.html In addition, Java, Ruby, Python, and Perl have been extended to support DTrace, providing unprecedented access for monitoring the performance characteristics of those languages. When I do dtrace -l | grep -i perl on MacOSX 10.5.2. I don''t see any perl providers so I am not sure how I could monitor perl scripts via dtrace I looked around on Apple''s opensource website and saw this f...

jitterbuffer causes no sound?
...terbuffer and my asterisks stopped working? Is asterisk 1.2.2 not meant for production use? Has there someone success story implemented asterisk 1.2.2? If there's, please share me as it can encouraged me to try this beast again :)... Currently, I'm rollback to asterisk 1.0.10 to avoid any unprecedented issue... Regards, Stevanus

usbhid-ups: Failed to open device, skipping. (Permission denied)
...rs with the supplied proprietary monitoring > software, so I think it is hardware. What would be the symptoms of this that I would be seeing? I don't see anything in syslog, only usbhid-ups getting a periodic timeout, but each time it successfully reconnects via USB. It is not entirely unprecedented for manufacturers to quitely fix defects in their hardware, then simply continue to ship it as the same model. It's been about a week since this unit has been plugged in, with the only issue being these usbhid-ups timeouts, which it now apparently recovers from it. -------------- next p...
