Which is better? Microsoft Exchange 2016 or Linux-based SMTP Servers?
...; Linux-based SMTP servers do that?
I'm running a few bone-headed mail servers for schools and small
companies. They're all bone-headed setups on CentOS. I'd say mail
servers are not the easiest thing to configure under Linux. Anyway,
here's all the ingredients I'm using.

Samba for Debian Jessie updated. ( 4.5.16 / 4.8.9 ) amd64/i386
Hai,
I've updated the Jessie repo.
Repo Info:
https://apt.van-belle.nl
Due to the fact i still see people using samba 4.5 and Debian updated the
Stretch version (in stretch-proposal) to 4.5.16.
I've added 1 more update here, to stay inline with debian and due to the
added fixes,
which are an important addition to this v...

Best way to handle dependency on non-CRAN package / large data package?
Hi Dirk,
I'm interested in pursing this but I haven't been able to figure how to to
make it work. Here's what I have so far:
install.packages("drat")
library(drat)
addRepo("arilamstein")
I (obviously) have a copy of the choroplethrZip github repo locally. I
typed:
git checkout gh-pages
git push
I gather that this is what I needed to to do make the repo

Computing row differences in new columns
Hi
I have the following columns with dates and results, sorted by subject and date. I'd like to compute the differences in dates and results for each patient, based on the previous row. Obviously the last entry for each subject should be a NA.
Which would be the best way to accomplished that ?
I guess questions like that have been already answered a thousand times, so I apologize for

UK Encryption ban legislation {from: [comp.risks] RISKS DIGEST 18.95}

their keys (this was the policy outlined last June by a DTI spokesman). The
main licence condition is of course that keys must be escrowed, and
delivered on demand to a central repository within one hour. The mere
delivery of decrypted plaintext is not acceptable except perhaps from TTPs
overseas under international agreements.
The effect of all this appears to be:
1. PGP servers will be outlawed; it will be an offence for me to sign your
pgp key, for you to sign mine, and for anybody to put my existing signed
PGP key in a foreign (unlicensed) directory
2. Countries that w...

[flang-dev] About OpenMP dialect in MLIR
...whom you are referring to here. I am assuming that it
is for him to answer.
The below details would cover some of your questions as well.
About Clang / MLIR / LLVM being loosely related and not being relevant in
llvm-dev:
With the introduction of the OpenMPIRBuilder in MLIR (from this review :
https://reviews.llvm.org/D72962), Clang and MLIR would now have the common
code for building OpenMP constructs. I do not think it is so loosely
related anymore. Note that MLIR and Clang frontends for LLVM are very
different. Clang emits LLVM IR with almost no optimizations and MLIR
already supports consi...

...different from most dialects which get directly lowered to
LLVM Dialect. I think lowering to LLVM Dialect would be a cleaner way if
OpenMPIRBuilder is not being considered for all constructs.
Mehdi also seems to have the same suggestion: “I agree that having dialect
lowering would be cleaner” in https://reviews.llvm.org/D72962

RFC fails to discuss the following (I have also mentioned some of them in
my reply to Johannes):
