Looking for NTLM config example
...amba4 AC/DC. With the help of the samba maillist folks I was able to set up NTLM authentication for domain user login. I should be able to do the same for email! But, I need help. I went to http://wiki2.dovecot.org/Authentication/Mechanisms/NTLM and got lost immediately. Are "authenticaion submethods" synonymous with "password schemes"? The 7th line down says, "NTLM password scheme is required for NTLM, NTLM2 and NTLMv2.", but in the referenced link I found no reference to "NTLM password scheme". The links http://wiki2.dovecot.org/Authentication/Mechanisms/N...

Some wishes regarding revoked keys
Hello. I am trying to play through the following test scenario about certificate revocation on Ubuntu 18.04, which has OpenSSH of this version: OpenSSH_7.6p1 Ubuntu-4, OpenSSL 1.0.2n? 7 Dec 2017 1. A CA key is created ssh-keygen -t ed25519 -f ca 2. The CA public key is added to ~/.ssh/authorized_keys on some server: cert-authority ssh-ed25519 AAAA...e ca at yoga 3. A user key is created on a

user:style
I noticed that (perhaps because ':' is invalid in a username) you can say ssh -l user:style host, where the "user:style" is sent by the client, and the server strips the ":style" part off and makes it available as part of the authentication context. It's currently unused. What are the plans for this, if any? I was experimenting with the idea of using it with SRP

[PATCH] Specify PAM Service name in sshd_config
Hello All, The attached patch allows openssh to specify which pam service name to authenticate users against by specifying the PAMServiceName attribute in the sshd_config file. Because the parameter can be included in the Match directive sections, it allows different authentication based on the Match directive. In our case, we use it to allow different levels of authentication based on the
