still having some troubles wiht two machines.

noone can log in in the morning? well I have fixed the problem for the
most part, except for two machines. first things I did were to have
security set to user and no passwd server listing is disabled. then I
gave everyone in the workgroupa static IP address, which I wish DHCP
would work but for somereason the samba servers like static better. also
in coupleing the static IP address I also listed each machine in the
HOSTS file on the samba server. I also made a cron daily entry to
restart smb every morning at about 6:45, right before anyone shows up in
the morning. well everyone can now log in excpet...

Cisco 7940G
Hi,
We've got a customer site with Cisco 7940G Phones connecting to our Asterisk
Server via SIP.
However, upon running a "sip show peers" it states that the phone is :
user/user (Unspecified) D 255.255.255.255 0 Unmonitored
All phones can call out via our Asterisk Server fine regardless. The problem is
when they try and place a call to one another, where it

h323 with asterisk problem
Hello all,
I am trying to use native h323 built from asterisk 1.2.7. I configured the
h323 to receive incoming calls...the problem is i can receive the call to my
asterisk and it rings another extension but no audio. I don't see any good
documentation about gatekeepers, fast start, etc with h323. I would like to
get some help from you guys to fix this issue.
