performance problems with rc10 and solaris 10
...solaris 10 The primary server with dovecot 1.0.alpha4 is running with best performance on Sun Sparc E4k5 with 8x 450MHz The secondary with rc10 has ugly performanceproblems on Sun E450 wth 4x 450MHz. Every new imap process takes permanent 25% cpu usage List the folder and fetch message are both slowy! Both servers are configred with ldap backend preventive i deleted for rc10 the complet index and controlfiles, because the spooldir is a sync from the masterserver with dovecot alpha4. I thought its a little bit slowy because of my 30.000 mails. the indexfiles are created now, but the still ug...

Mouse wrap problem with Mass Effect on Mac (wine 1.3.23)
...he problem is (still) that the mouse doesn't wrap in-game. This makes the game almost unplayable in combat sequences, when you can only move the camera in a narrow angle. You can simulate a "mouse lift" motion by moving the mouse quickly in the opposite direction and then moving it slowy in the direction you want the camera to turn, so, step by step, inch by inch, you can turn the camera around. Of course, this makes you a "sitting duck" in combat. MouseWarpOverride=force or =force-box don't seem to cure the problem This looks like a repetition of bug 6971, which is...

Mount & Blade: Warband black screen after intro video
...riticalSection section 0x9c4e04 "?" wait timed out in thread 0009, blocked by 0027, retrying (60 sec) err:ntdll:RtlpWaitForCriticalSection section 0x9c4d88 "?" wait timed out in thread 0027, blocked by 0000, retrying (60 sec) The last two line get repeated over and over, very slowy. Also, on the first window to open (kind of a launcher window) if I do configure thee is some button missing. The classic Mount & Blade run without any problem and my other games too. Thank you for your help.

lme convergence error
Hello, I am working from a linux 64 machine on a server with R-2.12 (I can't update to 2.13). I am iterating through many linear mixed models for longitudinal data and I occasionally receive the following convergence error: > BI.lme <- lme(cd4 ~ time + genBI + genBI:time + C1 + C2 + C11 + C12, random =~ 1 + time | IID, data = d) Error in lme.formula(cd4 ~ time + genBI + genBI:time +

accessing foreign AD users to NT domain
Hi all, I'm planning to migrate a NT domain to a AD domain. Someone suggested me to create a new AD domain, then add manually users to AD with the same username and password of the NT domain and then join every PC to the new AD domain. This way the migration should be flawlessly because in a windows network a user can works on foreign resources (resources that are shared from server
