do Sintel make bad image for theora?
Hallo all,
there is sintel online premiere up today http://www.sintel.org/ . But
oggtheora video is every thing but not gut. I downloaded 720p version
but IMHO some times it looks for me like scaled 480p. In my experience
theora can do better, or em i wrong?

"max_analyze_duration reached" means what?
I am trying to encode the Sintel documentary AVI from DVD #3 using
ffmpeg2theora 0.27 (which is the latest released version).

[Bug 79211] New: [VP4.2] Video playback using vdpau unusably slow
...vdpau (ok in
both mplayer/VLC).
Videos also run flawlessly on Windows when using vdpau (CPU stays at 1% when
playing).
(Other video drivers such as xv, gl play videos fine.)
Here're samples where chopping is clearly visible. First few second from Lord
of the rings and Blender Foundation "Sintel.2010.1080p.mkv".
