axis in a normal plot
...xplanatory variable are age, year and sex.
When I run my command plot the yaxis "decide" to make the axis with the numbers: -0.2, 0.2, 0.6 and 1.
What command can I use to change the axis so only 0 and 1 appear?
I have tried ylim=c(0:1) that did not work, and I tried yrange
Thanks
Silje

Random effects in gam (mgcv 1.7-19)
...e before I updated the mgcv package, does anyone
know why I now get the error message?
Another question I have is if anyone knows how I can compare two gam models
that includes "re" terms? As far as I understand an anova is not the best
way when I have "re" terms.
Best regards

I have a question regarding cp values in rpart(). When I use plotcp() I get
a figure with cp values on the x-axsis, but then I use printcp() the cp
values in that list are different from the values in the figure by
plotcp(). Does someone know why?

rfImpute but this does not work either because I have some NA in my
response variable. Does anyone have som
