Firefox Redraw Time
While not directly related to prototype/s.a.u. I thought this would be the best place to pose this question. I apologize, if it''s off topic. I''m working on an interface where I have a bunch of list items floated to the left in a horizontal fashion. The list is inside a absolutely positioned div, with an overflow set to hidden. At one point in my script I have to remove the

fyi - additional comments submitted
Hello, I tried to send some additional comments by marking up the design doc and sending to this reflector. The document exceeds the 40KB limit of e-mail size sent to the reflector. Hopefully, the moderator will approve submission of the comments, but thought I should let the reflector know they are coming. Alternatively I could send the .fdf file that has the comments, if that would be

Suggestion to Stop Cross Posting Discussions
For ISO C++ we long ago created an 'all' list for topics that were organisational and not technically specific to an aspect of the Standard such as Library, or Core, or Extensions, etc.. For the most part I think that since the early 1990s when these lists started, the 'all' reflector/distribution-list has worked really well. I still get all the ISO C++ mailings, and the signal

How do I hide source when I distribute rails?
Hello! If I need to distribute rails projects to our customers, and I want to hide source codes, how can I accomplish it? My manager is worried about our competitors stealing our codes. I know this is kinda weird situation because normally you build a web site and sell the service. But we plan to sell the application itself. Thanks. Sam -- Posted via http://www.ruby-forum.com/.

What I want to know is just how he can accurately determine people are doctoring listener counts. In point of fact, I have a few reflectors on a couple of non-routable networks, and none of those servers forward listerner count information to the directory servers. There is also no simple way to get an accurate listener count if I finally get around to reflecting my show on the multicast backbone. I am fairly sure there is no support...
