problems for dynamic agents login and logout -
1. When agent from sip phone dials *11 , he is prmpted to enter extension
number first - but if he feeds the extension number, asterisk doenst allow
him to login but if he enters the AGENT ID - he is given instant access and
then he can enter queuenumber* to enter the queue ! In Trixbox 2.6 we were
first asked to enter extension number and then agent number...and then
queuenumber* to login to the queue

Want to log all ISP traffic to ULOG
I want to use fprobe-ulog (http://fprobe.sourceforge.net/) to generate
NetFlow information about traffic going through my router. The question
is how to get the logging rules added to the appropriate chains (I''m
assuming eth2_in and eth2_out in my case)? I''m using the perl version
of shorewall 4.0.6.

queue stats - outgoing calls
...tats? Does it take an outbound dialer like
Vicidialer?
For good manager reports, should the user be tied to a
queue and have all calls count as work?
Inbound stats works well, but outgoing stats do not work
and I'm not sure they should. For every Sip device, I
matched the accountcode to the queuenumber (freepbx), made
internal calls, made external trunk calls. Then I populate
the databases manually.
While attempting to view outgoing stats, I get lots of
errors about division by zero and empty array_sum. It
seems like the data is not being parsed or stored properly.
The cdr import gives no err...
