QUEUE_MEMBER_COUNT: Bug or functionality ?
Hi,
I use QUEUE_MEMBER_LIST and QUEUE_MEMBER_COUNT to automate Agent logoff
at specified time. This works fine in normal case but today i noticed
than two agents
where still logged-in, but with a status of 'Invalid', and the script
wasn't able to remove
them since while QUEUE_MEMBER_LIST() correctly listed them,
QUEUE_MEMBER_COUNT()...

Realtime Queue Members Not Ringing
...ixed in 1.6.x? Or does anyone else even
see this as a problem/bug? Might I suggest a fix of if the queue is
empty upon entry of a call, Asterisk checks back every 15 seconds (or
whatever) to refresh the queue member list.
Btw, if a 'queue show <queuename>' is done from CLi, or
QUEUE_MEMBER_COUNT() is used it will grab a new member list, and the
call will ring through. Just seems like a bad behavior.
Any thoughts?

Count Available Queue members
Hi all,
Someone know how can I check for available members on a queue Before I
queue the call, so I can do something else with it? Note that is not the
case for joinempty

Don't enter a queue if no one is logged in
I currently have the following setup:
exten => 2000,1,Playback(/var/lib/asterisk/sounds/Greeting)
exten => 2000,2,Queue(Qabcdef|t)
exten => 2000,3,Playback(/var/lib/asterisk/sounds/EveryonesBusy)
exten => 2000,4,Hangup
exten => 2000,103,Hangup
What happens is, that the greeting in step one is played regardless if
anyone is logged into the queue. So immediately after the greet, we

a2billing DID and Queues
Hi all,
I have configured asterisk and a2billing.for inbound i have also configured
did and its forwarded to sip extensions.
But i want to enable queues with inbound numbers(DID).But i could not find a
way to do this in a2billing.
I want enable that if some did comes to asterisk/a2billing it should be
forwarded to queues not sip extensions and
their i want to enable hunting so if one
