special video mode numbers
Keir, is there a particular reason you chose to use slightly different special mode numbers than Linux, ignoring VIDEO_CURRENT_MODE altogether? I think it wouldn''t be bad to be in sync with Linux here, and I independently think that having a way to avoid mode switching altogether is good to have in case of possible problems on exotic hardware. Audio to remote AGI server
...e socket, which establishes a command channel. I've been thinking about how we might accomplish a secondary audio channel, and I've come up with what I believe is a good solution. I've created a patch which establishes the following commands: open audio {tcp|udp} <hostname> <portno> close audio These commands would specify to what location audio data from the call would be sent. Due to the feature policy of Asterisk, these would not become a part of Asterisk until 1.8. However, because AGI commands are expandable at load time, these commands could very easily be added t...

imaptest, with options!
I hacked some command line options into imaptest. I dont think I broke it.. Place into dovecot-source root as usual and compile with: gcc imaptest.c -o imaptest -Wall -W -I. -Isrc/lib -DHAVE_CONFIG_H src/lib/liblib.a As per Timo's instructions. # imaptest -h imaptest [USER at IP:PORTNO] [pass=PASSWORD] [mbox=MBOX] [clients=CC] [msgs=NMSG] [use_authenticate] [PORTNO] USER = template for username. "u%04d" will generate users "u0001" to "u0100" MBOX = path to mbox from which we read mails to append. CC = number of concurrent clients. [20] NMSG = targ...

Configuring Xen + DRBD + Corosync + Pacemaker
Hi everyone, I need some help to setup my configuration failover system. My goal is to have a redundance system using Xen + DRBD + Corosync + Pacemaker On Xen I will have one virtual machine. When this computer has network down, I will do a Live migration to the second computer. The first configuration I will need is a crossover cable, won''t I? It is really necessary? Ok, I did it. eth0

iax2 trunk registration with auth rsa
hi all, I am trunking via iax2 2 asterisk serverses if both of them have static ip addresses, I can connect them using no password, password or auth rsa with a pair of keys. If one of them has dynamic ip address and need to register on the other server, I can connect them with no password, but I am not able to do that using keys. The question is: which is the right register syntax to use when

Multiple Registers
List, Does anyone know how to limit the amount of registrations that a sip user can have? For example, I have 2 softphones that I use on my laptop & desktop, both use the same username & password. If I have both softphones up at the same time, I can make simultaneous calls with each of them. I know you can have call-limit=1 but in this case, I want to allow them to have 3 way calling

Using mongrel_rails: Can't install Redmine as win2003 service

[PATCH] Update new qemu-dm to spawn vncviewer
This patch does 3 things to the new device model, qemu-dm: 1) Add `vncviewer'' as an option to `qemu-dm'' to spawn a `vncviewer'' process. 2) Have the `vncviewer'' config parameter translate to the `vncviewer'' flag to `qemu-dm''. 3) Add a new config parameter, `vncconnect'', that spawns a `vncviewer'' process that looks for a
