logistic regression with percentages
Hello
I've got some data and I want to fit a binomial glm. The problem is that I don't have the number of successes or failures, I have only the percentages. If I want to make all these numbers integers, I have to multiply them for 1000, because there are some low percentages (0.05%). Besides, I don't know if this is correct.
Any help?
Thanks in advance, and sorry for my english

It was my fault, as you have seen. Y matrix must contain successes and failures, and not successes and trials.
Sorry for my ignorance and thanks a lot for your help.

Internal DNS migrate to Bind9_DLZ
Hello Rowland,
I have already checked and the DN's are in AD, see attached.

See below NS, but the 1st NS (zatprdc001) doesn't exsit, and I cannot find
it anywhere.

sm library
Hello to everyone
Does someone know where is the bug in sm.logit function in sm library?
The estimated probabilities are always 1/2
I'm new to this list, so I don't know if this list is about this kind of things.
Sorry for my english, and thanks in advance

Optimization with linear constraints
Hello
I''d like to know if there''s a way to minimize a non linear function in R
subject to some linear restrictions Ax=b
I have tried to use optim() but it doesn''t seem to be able to do it.
Or, by Lagrange multipliers, solve some non linear equations simultaneously.
Anyone can help?
Thanks

Change axes labels in Lattice
Hello
I'm making a levelplot with frequencies in a 2*2 table with ordered factors. I get the plot I want, but axes draw the levels of the factor (1,2,3,4..) instead of
the desired labels.
Is there a way to alter this axes labels in lattice graphics?
Thanks for the reply
Oscar

I''m running R 1.1.1. on windows 98
