Setting Vaaibles
Helo List, First I would like to apologize for my bad spelling as well as that I did not search the wiki first. I only have email access at the moment. I am having trouble setting both variables and global variables thru an extension. I am using Asterisk 1.2.4 with Ztdummy on CentOS 3.4 with an Xlite softphone. I have two xlite phones on diffent computers. One logs in as xlite1 and the other as

Outbound paging dialplan example?
Due to changes at the office, I'm finally getting around to setting up an AA to deal with incoming calls. One of the big changes is that we're dropping the old alphanumeric pager and will just send pages to our phones. I've got the outbound greeting message working in a test context no problem right now, but I'm kind of stuck on how to capture a DTMF sequence from a user and

pager reminder script
Since the list community has done so much for me in my humble asterisk beginnings I have put together a simple little script written in php that serves as a paging reminder script. If anyone is interested in a copy of it contact me off list and I'll forward you a copy. The basics of the script are as follows: It queries an asterisk inbox of your choosing for the existence of a file that

Find me macro - calling multiple people to get a hold of one
Hi list, We're trying to set up a phone number that customers can call to get a hold of anyone of a group of sysadmins (and not their voice mails!). We found the findme example ([1]) that makes the callees press 1 to accept the call. It almost works, but it doesn't work correctly when one of the callees, the sysadmins, hangs up after accepting the call. We're using this

RGoogleDocs stopped working
Hello, Some code using RGoogleDocs, which had been working smoothly since the summer, just stopped working. I know that it worked on November 3rd, but it doesn't work today. I've confirmed that the login and password still work when I log in manually. I've confirmed that the URL gives the same error when I paste it into Firefox. I don't know enough about this web service to figure

4. Rexcel (Luis Felipe Parra)-how to run a code from excel
Hi Louis, It's simple to run a r script from the excel spreadsheet. Just write your code, source("C:\\Quantil Aplicativos\\Genercauca\\BackwardSelectionNC.r"), into a cell of a workingsheet. Then right-click the cell and select "run code" in the pop-up menu. Hope this will help you. Best, Bernard -----????----- ???: r-help-bounces at r-project.org [mailto:r-help-bounces
