finding overlapping regions
Dear All,
I am trying to finding overlapping regions in two diff datasets for that I
am using IRanges. But I am getting an error in the process of doing the
overlap. Advance thanks

Error in .normargSEW0(start, "start") :
'start' must be a numeric vector (or NULL)
