Rooting trees using ape
Hi all,
I seem to be having a difficult time using the 'ape' package in R
when it comes to rooting trees. Here's a short screenshot:

Grid lines in cloud plot for lattice
...couldn't find anything to help me move
forward with this. Do I have to get deeper into the drawing commands,
or is there something more obvious I'm just not seeing? My goal would
be to place grid lines on the bottom face of the box and make drop
lines to the grid.
