Hello, I installed wine 1.3.35 in bodhi Linux to play warcraft online. I use Garena to play dota online therefore installed the latest Garena plus from their website .Everything is working fine except for chat and discussion.When I hover the mouse over friend list Garena exits automatically. PageMaker was running OK (except duplex printing wrong) on 0.9 wines. With RC1 & RC3 (didn't try RC2) PageMaker starts to open, cycles my scanner (???), and quits. I went back to 0.9.61-1 all is well again. Any thoughts? I did a reinstall of PM, but it had no effect.

Ulrike, if you install from source, you always get the most recent version of the package given it does not depend on a newer version of R. If you want a binary package, you also get the newest version - that was newest at the time we stopped building binaries for that version of R. We (or better I if we only talk about Windows, but similar for all other platforms) cannot build for each R version any more. Dear R users I have been using R for a while. However, I don't know what is the convenient way to update R to the newest version while keep all packages I previously downloaded and installed from CRAN, if updating all those packages the same will be even better. for the time being, I reinstall all those package evrytime after updating the version. For example, installing DoE.base on R 2.8.1 installs version 0.2, while CRAN is at version 0.4-1 currently. Hi all, I require 2 RMySQL libraries in order to query from a database. 'RMySQL_0.7-4' (newest version) results in an error when more than 1 field is queried. OK. I just grabbed libpri and zaptel via: cvs co libpri zaptel I compiled and installed and was unable to make outbound calls. Inbound was fine. (See my previous post about call length 0). The changelog in both dirs showed the version as 0.1.6. This "should" be the newest version of libpri and zaptel.
