I've been loosely following lvm with some interest, and I'd like to give it a try. Despite having searched the docs, I don't see a newbs guide to doing a normal install. I tried building llvm-2.4 using --prefix=/usr, and then try to install but it doesn't install into /usr but under the builddir. This is fedora f9 x86_64.
