help with oop in R - class structure and syntex

Could one of the R experts please illustrate the R class syntex for writing
the R equivalent of the Java Bicycle class above?
Also, in Java, inheritance is done like this:

Slightly OT: Dell Poweredge 2850 with 4GB RAM
...ent with this one.
What do I do now? Knowing the Dell-support, I turn to this list in hope of
