Anyone get mini-magick plugin working on windows?

errors. It just simply returns me to the command line. "Ruby script/generate
model test" won''t even work. It acts the same way. It doesn''t throw any
exceptions, it just doesn''t do anything. Everything starts working fine when
I remove the "vendor\plugins\mini_magick_plugin" directory. I''ve confirmed
that ImageMagick is installed correctly and works fine.
any ideas? It''s way too hard to get image manipulation libraries working in
rails for windows. Rmagick doesn''t work with Ruby 1.8.4, and now this.
