Missing files on Windows client side.
....
Also a mapped drive in a windows command prompt shows the files.
So it's looks like a problem only with windows explorer.
I have the problem on win2k, XP and Windows2003 server clients.
I'm running samba 3.0.14a on AIX 5.2 ML5

that DIRLEN_GUESS is too small?
So my idea is that in AIX 5.2 ML5/6 + latest fixes the number of bytes used
for direntries consumes more memory that in linux.
Can you help us further with this?
