All non US 48 area codes?
Is there a list somewhere or a way to find the following:
1- All non US 48 area codes which can be dialed as 1+10
2- All strange area codes which are used for premium services such as
900-XXX-XXXX
3- Anything else that should be restricted if one was to restrict all
calls to US 48 only
I have found many list but it's tough looking at the entire list of
area codes and pulling out each of them

winbindd: local unix users vs. NTdomain users ........
Hi!
I use Samba 2.2.2 on Linux Red Hat 7.1.
My Samba server is NT domain member (security = domain),
and I use winbindd.
I detect some strange situation, as I look. See below.
For example, my NT domain is MYDOMAIN (PDC implemented
on NT4), and this domain have user myuser (MYDOMAIN+myuser
as see him Samba&Winbindd).
Linux, which run Samba&winbindd, have local user myuser too.

No. Just not configured for SusE. All your samba files should be in
/usr/local/samba, including the config, locks, logs, man, ...
Move your smb.conf to /usr/local/samba/lib/smb.conf
Start samba with
/usr/local/samba/bin/nmbd -D
/usr/lcoal/samba/bin/smbd -D
and you should be fine. Modify your startup-skript for samba to use
this Path. Check for the samba spool and private directory.
