About PLR
Hello Sir/Mam I am Nitish Kumar Mishra from IMTECH, Chandigarh, India. Filtering feature dump_filter
Good morning, Now that hdt is capable of dumping system information it would be nice if there was some sort of filtering system which filters out unwanted information prior to dumping output. For example one could add the command: append nomenu auto=dump mac_address serial_number bios_version; And ultimately dumping output to a plain text file like: mac_address : 00:11:22:33:44 serial_number :

syslinux 4.05 with HDT 5.0
Dear all, I recently installed the new syslinux 4.05 which comes with HDT 5.0. However I think this new version broke the HDT option to dump_filename=blabla which is no longer working. SSHD password authentication issue in 4.9-RELEASE and 5.1-RELEASE
Wonder if you guys could help me out...have a security problem with sshd wich enables a user to do a password login tough the sshd_config states PasswordAuthentication no My config works fine in both gentoo and openbsd 3.3 but users are able to login with tunneled clear text passwords in both 4.9 and 5.1 Im lost.tried everything I can think of. Here is the config:

openssh vulnerability WITH TCP DUMP!
Hi Guys, My Debian box has been hacked a few days ago using an OpenSSH vulnerability. Subsequently my box was used for sending spam and as a hacking platform (according to my ISP). I was running a fairly recent version of OpenSSH (3.9p1). I reinstalled my box (now with 3.8p1 as supplied by Debian Stable), and started tcpdump to see if I would get lucky. I DID! The aut.log file shows the
