Differing Variable Length Inconsistencies in Random Effects/Regression Models
...t from the start, but I decided to try it
anyway. Didn't work.
I apologise if the solution to working with these different variable
lengths is obvious and I don't know it- but I don't know R that well at all.

Multiple lmer runs using 2 'for' loops

I need estimates of how much variance is explained by each marker in each
family, which is the end point of this exercise- and the significance of
variance explained by each marker- which is why am trying to print 'anova'
results for each run of the lmer.

The shapefile data can be downloaded from the link below:
download all the six files and save them on your working directory
and make sure the dsn path is set to where the files are saved.
My shapefiles are saved on C:/Data.
