Valentina, Si entiendo bien la primer columna de Variables es el nombre de Empresas (un character), no uses esta columna en la función cor, sólo las columnas numéricas. cor(Variables[ , -which( names(Variables) == "Empresas")]) Si no es ese el problema envía str(Variables) para entender mejor la estructura de los datos, y si puedes dput(Variables).
