cox regression extract strata as numeric
Hi there, I perform a stratified cox and then I need the strata as a  numeric array "straft.ln" ft.ln <- coxph(Surv(times,deaths)~ages+chemos+chemos:f1+chemos:f2+horms+horms:f1+horms:f2+grades+grades:f1+grades:f2+positives+positives:f1+positives:f2+sizes+sizes:f1+sizes:f2+strata(stra),data=ddd) basehazzft.ln=basehaz(ft.ln,centered=FALSE) H0ft.ln=c(basehazzft.ln[,1])

[PATCH libnbd 3/9] generator: Add Enum type for enumerated types / unions.
Previously nbd_set_tls had an integer argument which was 0 for disable, 1 for allow and 2 for require. This commit adds a proper enumerated type to describe this, defining LIBNBD_TLS_DISABLE = 0, LIBNBD_TLS_ALLOW = 1 and LIBNBD_TLS_REQUIRE = 2. (Note the C API doesn't change). In C the enumerated type is still defined and passed as an int (not as an enum). While we could define an enum type for this, there are ABI stability...

Enum parse errors
I'm running into errors when using Enum lately. I can't figure out what the problem might be as I've had Enum up and running in the past. I'm running the latest CVS-Head compiled version. I've also tried using the new Enum function with the same results. When doing a lookup on a number that exists in the enum server I get the following results: -- Executing

Is Enum safe from spammers?
Just been contacted by a UK Enum registrar looking for ITSPs to become resellers of their Enum registration systems ... Is anyone using Enum? Does anyone (other than cynical old me) think that Enum is a spammers best friend? Has anyone received a spam VoIP call yet? (ie. one placed directly over the Internet aimed at a SIP URI to a PBX which allows anonymous incoming calls?) I can see that

[RFC] We are running out of slots in the Attribute::AttrKind enum
I would like to add a target-dependent attribute to the LLVM IR, and the guidance in http://llvm.org/docs/HowToUseAttributes.html says that target-dependent attributes should not occupy a slot in the Attribute::AttrKind enum, but I have yet to find an attribute that is represented in the IR that does not also have a slot in the AttrKind enum. We are limited to 63 slots in the AttrKind enum

Enum patch for Rails
Hello! I''ve modified ActiveRecord a bit to support enum columns. This is tested only with MySQL, and maybe needs some changes for other adapters (if they use another syntax or quoting style). I believe this patch should be tested well, so I haven''t (yet) tried to post it to the official Trac. It is also not solid-as-a-rock when it comes to quoting ENUM values. After

[Fwd: Re: [Swig-user] wrapping enums for python]
Take a look at this message thread. I think it would be interesting/nice if our constants and enums also returned a nice name when inspected. Thoughts? [PATCH v5 virtio 04/11] pds_vdpa: move enum from common to adminq header
The pds_core_logical_qtype enum and IFNAMSIZ are not needed in the common PDS header, only needed when working with the adminq, so move them to the adminq header. Note: This patch might conflict with pds_vfio patches that are in review, depending on which patchset gets pulled first. [PATCH 0 of 9] swiotlb: use phys_addr_t for pages
Hi all, Here''s a work in progress series whcih does a partial revert of the previous swiotlb changes, and does a partial replacement with Becky Bruce''s series. The most important difference is Becky''s use of phys_addr_t rather than page+offset to represent arbitrary pages. This turns out to be simpler. I didn''t replicate the map_single_page changes, since

Toll-Free Gateway Beta Test: freenum.org
The freenum.org beta continues to roll forward. If you have an Asterisk or SER SIP gateway/proxy, please see if you can make some sense of the examples below and install them in your system. Your users will hopefully be able to dial toll free numbers in various nations just like they dial regular numbers in those same country codes. I'd like to get some additional people trying to make

[RFC] Proposed update to convert two 64-bit attribute bitmasks to std::bitset
There are two 64-bit bitmasks maintained in AttributeImpl.h<https://sdocc.itg.ti.com/ui#file:review=11893/version=393846>: - AvailableFunctionAttrs is part of the AttributeListImpl class, and - AvailableAttrs is part of the AttributeSetNode class Both of these assume that the number of available enum attributes is limited to 64. In fact, a static_assert in

[LLVMdev] AliasAnalysis refactoring for the new pass manager
So, after looking at *doing* this, I'm left with more questions and no good answers. C++ has truly failed me today. This enum is currently designed (and even *documented* as being designed) to allow conversion-to-bool to detect whether any alias is possible (that is, only no-alias becomes false). This makes it *really* easy to write the overwhelming majority of test: if ("do things

[PATCH 0/6] Add workaround for fixing runpm
I merged the both series I sent out recently into one bigger one so that it's more obvious on why all of that is needed. Biggest changes since last sent: * reworked the ASPM patch * removed "pci: add nvkm_pcie_get_speed" patch Please test this on Laptops and report back if it either breaks something or doesn't fix runpm. Thanks Karol Herbst (6): pci: disable ASPM before
