assign using =
Hey all,
I learned that using the equals sign "=" to assign objects is generally OK, but will not work in some cases.
As I always use "<-" for assignments, I have not encoutered any problems.
Could somebody provide an example or explanation, why getting used to "=" is not a good idea?
Or is it?
Thanks ahead,
Berry

Hi Dean,
Thanks for your kind help.
Since I couldn't use vpn in Intel and be a little late after I arrived

update it accordingly.
We think all the problems should be caused by OCFS itself. There are two

fts squat non-english search for 2 words
Hello,
It looks I encoutered a bug or misconfiguration. fts_squat search for subject and body works excellent for English mails. For non-English (in particular, Russian) it works only when query consists of 1 word. Phrases - 2 and more words - always returns nothing. Example: search for "planet" ("???????") returns results, search for "Earth" ("?????") also

`data' is the name of a built-in R function. Try using some other name for
the data frame. Also, give us the output of traceback() after the error
occur. That should help.

The party using the IAX softphone hears his own echo a plit of a second

Dear all,
on a brand new DELL computer CentOS 5.1 installs well, but the
internet connection is extremely slow (8 kB/s, indeed kiloBytes !).
Did anyone find a solution to that problem ? It might be more
DELL specific than CentOS specific.
Yours,
Peter

structure with the same name does exist. So would it be possible to
change stat() and struct stat ?
I did the following in the code :

Asterisk config files and #include
Hi all,
I am using asterisk version 1.2.18.
I recently tried to change my asterisk configuration by using #include
statements to include other config files in my extensions.conf and
queues.conf files.
My queues.conf is in /etc/asterisk. It includes several files which are
in /etc/asterisk/queues. Each of these files contains the config of
individual queues.
Again each of the individual
