ISDN-FAX with Asterisk
Hi everybody, since some time I am looking for a current and reliable solution to send and receive faxes (probably fax-2-mail and mail-2-fax) in conjunction with Asterisk. For testing I am using a HFC-ISDN passive PCI-card, in production a Digium Dual T1/E1 PCI-card will be used. I run CentOS 5.5 (Kernel 2.6.18) and Asterisk 1.4 (but I also can use 1.8) but did not find any solution where I

unexpected delivery location

My feeling is that something is wrong with the way I created the alias for olddomain -> newdomain with the canonical-file . Does that make sense? Our goal is to accept *@olddomai...

How can I test if time series residuals' are uncorrelated ?
Ok I made Jarque-Bera test to the residuals (merv.reg$residual) library(tseries) jarque.bera.test(merv.reg$residual) X-squared = 1772.369, df = 2, p-value = < 2.2e-16 And I reject the null hypotesis (H0: merv.reg$residual are normally distributed) So I know that: 1 - merv.reg$residual aren't independently distributed (Box-Ljung test) 2 - merv.reg$residual aren't indentically

Mailbox aliases
I've been wondering about ways to handle all the various different Sent/Sent Messages/Sent Items/etc mailboxes that different clients create and if there could be a way to make them work at least somewhat better. I'm mainly thinking about ISP-like installations where users are using tons of different clients and there's no way to get everyone configured properly. Of course the eventual

OT: Explain where mailing list bouncing comes from ?
Another "me too" (also Gmail). I just received my 4th "account suspended, too many bounces" email, after having several days of lost mailing list content over a short vacation break the last time. When I notified the admin email account of the failure, it seemed the responder missed the point about the emails, saying the link had expired (it had been more than three days

Panic: Leaked view for index - virtual mailbox
Hi! Was looking at your config and I am puzzled why you are adding ? mailbox INBOX/Archives { ??? auto = no ??? special_use = \Archive ? } under namespace 'Synoptic'? Do you actually have a virtual folder config for all those folders? You can't just "move" folders into a namespace by declaring them there, those become Synoptic/INBOX/Archives, and require a dovecot-virtual
