Hm it took me a couple of reading to get it -- what would you think
about the following (untested):
module StringSet = Set.Make (String)

fun dev ->
not (StringSet.mem dev devices_of_partitions)

[PATCH 00/27] Reimplement many daemon APIs in OCaml.

What I've done is to extract just the parts related to rewriting
daemon APIs in OCaml, rebase them on top of the current master, fix a
few things, and recompile and test everything.
