dcov (the documentation analyzer for Ruby code) v.0.1.0 released!

HOWTO install webgen 0.5.6 on Debian GNU/Linux etch
Hi all,
Cristian our sys-admin wrote a short HOWTO for Webgen 0.5.6 on Debian
