__stderrp sym unresolved in 4.8 stable
When I try to start X, I get the following. Any help here? I track stable
via cvsup, sup'd on 4/29/03, and cvs up the system having problems, which
is running FreeBSD 4.8-STABLE
/usr/libexec/ld-elf.so.1: /usr/lib/libm.so.2: Undefined symbol "__stderrp"
objdump -r /usr/lib/libm.so.2 show the symbol __stderrp. What library
resolves that and why is it not defined?

__stderrp problem again with tk83
...UPDATING. However, there are some differences,
between the reported problems and my problem:
1. the unresolved symbol is not complained about in libm,
but in libtk83.so from the tk-8.3.5_1 port.
2. I _did_ install all the compatibility libs for
3.x, I even did install the /usr/src/lib/compat/compat3x.i386
again, from fresh sources (cvsuped right now).
But it did not help
Of course I also reinstalled the tk-port again. It seems that the
tk-port insists on using the symbol, but is not linked against
compat-libraries or something like that? Is this possible?
I've checked further, the s...

MegaTech UPSilon 2000 usage
...Operating Systems like Novell, all
windows, Linux and FreeBSD.
Unfortunatelt the drivers for Linux / FreeBSD are quite old (Linux 2.x and
FreeBSD 2.x, 3.x, as also a patch for FreeBSD 4.x) and even though I tried
to install them was a total waste of time for me. Nothing was applicable
for it. Compat3x is no longer support.
I went to FreeBSD channel (IRC) and spoke with few folks and they
recommended me NUT. I installed it successfully from ports but right now I
am confused. I tried to read the instructions from NUT web page but
unfortunately I confused my self more.
I have found the samples...
