{clarify}: Simulation-Based Inference for Regression Models
Hello everyone, Our new package {clarify} has been released. {clarify} provides simulation-based inference as an alternative to the delta method for interpretable quantities derived from model parameters, like average marginal effects, dose-response functions, and predictions at representative values. Also provided are methods for combining such quantities across multiply imputed datasets. Those

proposal for WRE: clarify that use of S4 classes implies use of superclasses
If a package has importClassesFrom(P, C) in its NAMESPACE, then should it _also_ have importClassesFrom(P, <superclasses of C exported from P>) importClassesFrom(Q, <superclasses of C exported from Q>) ## and so on ... ? I think that WRE could be more clear on this point, and in any case I _think_ that the answer is yes. Notably, I think that this rule would

pcse package - clarifying question about arguments groupN and groupT
Just two clarifying questions about the package "pcse". Argument "groupN": It should be a factor that tells us to what subgroup each record belongs, right? Argument "groupT" should be a vector that contains the time identifier. Can it be just a factor (e.g., 1, 2, 3, etc.) - or does it have to be in the date format? Thank you very much! -- Dimitri Liakhovitski

Clarify TTY and virtual consoles
Hi, I need some help to clarify TTY and virtual consoles. Thanks a lot. 1. I learned that to switch from one TTY to another, one must be at the physical machine. Does the same apply to virtual consoles? 2. My /etc/inittab includes the following. Does that mean there's only one instance of TTY on my CentOS? ... #

G729 Commercial Licenses.
Hi all, I have purchased 2 licenses of G729 from digium and has done the registration. It works well and is quite fine with my Asterisk@Home. Just want to clarify some licensing issues regarding them. If i had to do a full reformat of my PC and reload a@h again will i be able to use the licenses again without re-registration? If no. .Is there are limits for this? Please anyone clarify. Thanks

clarifying the handling of responses for virtio-rpmb
Hi, The specification lists a number of commands that have responses: The operation of a virtio RPMB device is driven by the requests placed on the virtqueue. The type of request can be program key (VIRTIO_RPMB_REQ_PROGRAM_KEY), get write counter (VIRTIO_RPMB_REQ_GET_WRITE_COUNTER), write (VIRTIO_RPMB_REQ_DATA_WRITE), and read (VIRTIO_RPMB_REQ_DATA_READ). [LLVMdev] LLVM 3.4.1 - Testing Phase
Hi, I have just tagged the first release candidate for the 3.4.1 release, so testers may begin testing. Please refer to http://llvm.org/docs/ReleaseProcess.html for information on how to validate a release. If you have any questions or need something clarified, just email the list.
