rsync and tunneling via ssh
...a rsync server with a rsync running as a deamon, due to security rules I cannot open the rsync standard port (873) in the firewall. We have to tunnel rsync through ssh. Corosync init-script broken on CentOS6

Large Corosync/Pacemaker clusters
...ne to get it to work well? 3. Should we be looking more seriously into splitting this Corosync/Pacemaker cluster into pairs or sets of 4 nodes? Right now, our current configuration takes a long time to start/stop all resources (~30-45 mins), and failing back OSTs puts a heavy load on the cib process on every node in the cluster. Under heavy IO load, the many of the nodes will show as "unclean/offline" and many OST resources will show as inactive in crm status, despite the fact that every single MDT and OST is still mounted in the appropriate place. We are running 2 corosync...

Calculating confidence limits on acf graphs
Hello, I was wondering if anybody could help me with this? I have plotted an acf function for a time series and am very happy with it. Now I am interested in calculating for myself the two values for the confidence intervals that are plotted on the graph of the acf. The confidence intervals do not appear to be returned from the acf function (is this true?). So far I haven't managed to

LLVM Weekly - #209, Jan 1st 2018
...ject. It's been a very quiet week this week, presumably as most developers have been taking a break. As such, we're slightly lighter on content than usual. ## News and articles from around the web Todd Fleming has produced a fun (or maybe horrifying?) [demo](https://github.com/tbfleming/cib): cib - compiling Clang to WebAssembly and running it in the browser. It's incomplete, but works for simple cases. A recording from the presentation at the 10th Berlin LLVM Social is [now available](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x7iLb-znxgU). Dr. Biagio Cosenza presents on "Auto-tuning...

OT hardware question
...ey is *tight*, don't give me the libertarian/GOP line about how freely we spend, thankyouverymuch), b) it has to be on the network, and c) we need to be able to d/l to a server, and rm after we do that... and we want to script or cron job that. Right now, I'm looking into Zmodo, R-Tech and CIB security. Anyone have a) opinions on the quality of the hardware from any of those manufacturers (yeah, I know, they're just branded hardware), and/or whether we can do the ssh or telnet in to do what we need? *Extremely* frustrating, since they're all running embedded Linux, that so many...

Defining a floor value in a data.frame on a row-by-row basis
Hi, I have a data frame x, and a vector y which limits x by rows so that no element of x in that row is smaller than y. For example, > x <- as.data.frame( t( array( 1:9, dim=c(3,3)))) > y <- c( 2, 8, 0 ) > x V1 V2 V3 1 1 2 3 2 4 5 6 3 7 8 9 > y [1] 2 8 0 ============================================= I want to get this: V1 V2 V3 1 2 2 3 2 8 8 8 3 7 8 9

Node Recovery locks I/O in two-node OCFS2 cluster (DRBD 8.3.8 / Ubuntu 10.10)
I am running a two-node web cluster on OCFS2 via DRBD Primary/Primary (v8.3.8) and Pacemaker. Everything seems to be working great, except during testing of hard-boot scenarios. Whenever I hard-boot one of the nodes, the other node is successfully fenced and marked ?Outdated? * <resource minor="0" cs="WFConnection" ro1="Primary" ro2="Unknown"

R.oo Destructors
Has anyone figured out how to create a destructor in R.oo? How I'd like to use it: I have an object which opens a connection thru RODBC (held as a private member) It would be nice if the connection closes automatically (inside the destructor) when an object gets gc()'ed. Thanks in advance. Regards, Ken BTW, a >BIG< thanks to Henrik Bengtsson for creating the R.oo package! Lucky
