Dear List, I?m trying to figure out *memory page sharing***using HVM on Xen 4.0.1, but I?m not really able to find some useful information or sources about this issue. I install rhel4 in xen via http, after the program load product.img and minstg2.img(these files is in ISO cd1/RedHat/base/ dir), it said "unable to retrieve the install image": http://linux.chinaunix.net/bbs/attachments/month_0706/20070619_2da6e3cda1779694e18dohouabltgTLq.jpg In the web server, I found that the install program try to get 2 files: images/updates.img and disc1 in the web server, but the RHEL4 ISOs have not these 2 files. I have coded up the standard sendfd() and recvfd() for linux to send and recv file descriptors. seems to work (http://book.chinaunix.net/special/ebook/addisonWesley/APUE2/0201433079/ch17lev1sec4.html) however when I recvfd() my number of open file descriptors bumps by 2 and not 1.
