Using "ipset" under CentOS7
ipset on CentOS6 comes with /etc/rc.d/init.d/ipset so that "service
ipset reload" can be used to (re)load the configuration. CentOS7
doesn't come with an equivalent for systemd:
# systemctl reload ipset.service
Failed to issue method call: Unit ipset.service failed to load: No
such file or directory.
# systemctl start ipset.service
Failed to issue method call: Unit ipset.service

'anonymous nutters'? I guess those people on the cited mail lists are
using fake names. Given you're carrying on about being English, maybe

Why the command 'service ntpd stop' cause the time reversed?

Total guess here, but I suspect what's happening is that the ntp server
on your LAN that this client is getting the time from in the hardcoded
'ntpdate' command is about ~1 second out from the servers the client is
using from /etc/ntp.conf

I believe this 'rule' in English is misunderstood by many and as a
general rule of thumb...
tl;dr:
Words from Old English that came into modern English, use 'Old English'
pluralisation: eg, sheep, fish etc.
