Rpad

Now the
various .js files cited in the debug list of errors (by the way "Errore
di sintassi" means "Syntax error", i.e. exactly the same thing!!!) are
actually missing in the ../basehtml/src/ directory.
Besides, what
should I do as far as "dojo.xml.domUtil is deprecated" is concerned?

Rpad examples having problems with local server
Hi, this is Charlie. I have installed the Rpad on my server (using Fedora
Core 6 with httpd2.24-2, mod_perl 2.0.2-6.1, perl 5.8.8 from RPM). When I
access to the Rpad (through http://localhost/Rpad/basehtml), it shows me the
main page as normal, however, problems occurs when I am testing the
examples. It shows me a long message like:

Having a go at Rpad
...ate" button in those example pages the
underlying perl programs are browsed, listed and nothing seems to happen.
Please help to straigthen my Rpad installation up

P.S. By the way those perl progs seems to point to a /var/www/Rpad directory.
That's why I installed the ../basehtml dir under that directory and symlinked
it to unix usual web dir :/usr/local/www/Rpad

Rpad installation help wanted (from NEWBIE)
...now what's going
on with the last step:
To update the javascript database for the R keyword
search page (SearchRKeywords.html), source makeHelpTemplate.R
from within R in the main Rpad directory.
Here's what I did:
$ R --silent --no-save
> source ('/bla/bla/bla/Rpad/inst/basehtml/makeHelpTemplate.R')
It returned:
Error in gzfile(file, "r") : cannot open the connection
In addition: Warning message:
