Also, usually I select VESA for the console with VGA=792. With xen this seems
to be ignored and I get "elephant font" which is not very convenient! Any
tricks available here?

AJAX data grid for Rails?
Has anyone used an AJAX data grid with Rails?
I am rebuilding a copy of the venture source web site as a first ruby/
rails exercise. If anyone has used a javascript data grid with
Rails, I would appreciate sample code, or notes on your experience.
The controller action would presumably communicate with the data grid
component running on the browser by extracting data from a relational

Patch to make openssh-2.1.1p3 compile on SunOS 4.1.4
...gging compile option from the
configure line? The only 'easy' way I could find was to edit the
'config.cache' and change
ac_cv_prog_cc_g=${ac_cv_prog_cc_g='yes'}
to
ac_cv_prog_cc_g=${ac_cv_prog_cc_g='no'}
Just curious.
Hope this is useful.

converting lat-long coordinates to Albers Conical Equal Area coordinates
...However, as of yet, we have not been able to obtain satisfactory results
using mapproj.
Given the specs below can someone please tell us how to use mapproj (or
some other R
library) to convert lat-long coordinates into the appropriate Albers
Conical Equal Area
coordinates?
Thanks in advance

chrony configuration for secondary samba DC
By the way there is ntpsigndsocket option in chrony configuration
file. https://chrony.tuxfamily.org/doc/3.3/chrony.conf.html#ntpsigndsocket
Can you please look at
https://wiki.alpinelinux.org/wiki/Setting_up_a_samba-ad-dc and may be
https://chrony.tuxfamily.org/comparison.html ?

chrony configuration for secondary samba DC
...egrate with
Samba's AD DC.
Perhaps when everyone has cooled down a little we can get the Samba
wiki page updated with this information?
In terms of software history, ntp.org is on it's way out and it would
be good to have instructions to work with whatever is the current
defaults.
(Mark Atwood from ntpsec did promise to re-implement the mssntp support
they ripped out, but that was with me promising to write a test client
and I never did. Oops).

However, if I connect to it thru my laptop which is running Debian

properly because the include statments in the php code aren't
functioning properly. I have a feeling

Proposed table specification (long!)
Gentlefolk,
I have been thinking on Markdown's lack of "proper" table support for a long
while now. Here's where I have arrived...
## I Don't Like HTML Tables
It is often argued that embedded HTML is the way to markdown rich tables.
Unfortunately, this contradicts the higher markdown ideal that a raw
markdown document (including tables!) should be good
