Arrrgh, stuck in MYGROUP
Just to be clear about this from the beginning, the lines: workgroup = yanlan local master = yes os level = 65 domain master = yes preferred master = yes All appear in my smb.conf and I am using samba 2.0.3 For some reason I seem to be unable to make the samba server believe that it should ble in the workgroup yanlan, e.g. when I execute "smbclient -L familysys" I get: Added

Winbind and email server
...e user's credentials from the email server. ?But, if the user is only created in AD, then Outlook complains that the incoming pop server won't authenticate the user, despite the fact that winbind is fired up, wbinfo -u shows the user, and getent passwd shows the user's credentials. Arrrgh! IMHO, this is the one small thing that keeps this from being a really great system. Can anybody show me the way to get over the hump? Many thanks. [RFC] Early look at btrfs directIO read code
This is my still-working-on-it code for btrfs directIO read. I''m posting it so people can see the progress being made on the project and can take an early shot at telling me this is just a bad idea and I''m crazy if they want to, or point out where I made some stupid mistake with btrfs core functions. The code is not complete and *NOT* ready for review or testing. I looked at

y with diaeresis (PR#143)
[Not important for message below; in this moment link from CRAN to the 'R Bug Tracking system (http://blueberry.kubism.ku.dk/R)' is down (at least, I get a "The requested URL /R was not found on this server." message)] To display properly this message, you mailer must handle properly latin1 encoding. With other encoding, I suppose that the role played by 'y

AGI: How to break out of AGI when stream_file escape_digits are detected in middle of long sequence of files?
For reasons best known to myself, I call a python agi (PYST2 - love it!) which streams a series of very short files in quick succession. Like this: escape_digits = str("0") agi.stream_file(promptFile,escape_digits) and this is what I see on the AGI debug: <Local/s at root-00000061;2>AGI Tx >> 200 result=0 endpos=6784 <Local/s at root-00000061;2>AGI Rx <<

Testing arbitrary post action parameters
I am working on our (newly renamed) authentication feature. The current scenario is: Scenario: Non-administrators should not set administrator ability Given I have no users And I add a user named "admin" as an administrator And I add a user named "myuser" as not an administrator When the user named "myuser" authenticates And the user

v1.0.0 released
http://dovecot.org/releases/dovecot-1.0.0.tar.gz http://dovecot.org/releases/dovecot-1.0.0.tar.gz.sig It took almost 5 years, but it's finally ready. I'm not expecting to release v1.0.1 anytime soon, unless someone's been sitting on a major bug just waiting for v1.0 to be released. :) People wanting new features should start testing the upcoming v1.1. http://dovecot.org/nightly/
