Not sure if this would be the first attempt. Synology seems to bundle
glusterfs in some form [1].

Windows build broken for me since r246156

to fix it. Neither did several more recent updates (I'm currently building

The specific error is at the end of this log:

Success story: Vixen christmas lite app
...uterchristmas.com/ForumBoard/read.php?f=2&i=198&t=193
said Vixen worked with Wine, so I tried it, and sure enough,
it seems to run. It's kind of cool to see .real net apps working
with Wine.
Here's how I tested:
$ rm -rf .wine
$ wget http://www.vixenlights.com/releases/Vixen%202.0%20Release.zip
$ wget http://kegel.com/wine/winetricks
$ sh ~/winetricks corefonts dotnet20
$ cd ~/.wine/drive_c
$ unzip ~/Vixen*Release.zip
$ cd Vixen*
$ wine Vixen.exe
It crashed the first time I ran it, and the user's recipe said
to run winecfg and select the audio tab and press Apply...

gluster + synology
In theory, you can run GlusterFS on a Synology box, as it is "just a Linux
box". In practice, you might be the first person to ever try it.

gluster + synology
Hi,
Does anyone have any experience of using Synology NAS servers as bricks in a gluster setup? The ops team at my work prefers Synology since that is what they are already using and some of the nice out-of-the-box admin features. From what I can tell Synology runs a custom linux flavor so it should be possible to compile gluster on it. Any first hand experience with it?
Thanks,
Ben

XCP & Openstack
Hey guys,
Has anyone had much success with XCP and Open Stack together?
I''m in the process of putting together a open stack test cluster and I
thought I might be able to use XCP dom0''s for it.. but to be honest it
doesn''t look so good.
I tried following these instructions on a separate XCP test machine:
