Nov 21 12:12:11 linuxpc kernel: HTB: mindelay=2560, report it please !

I have this message in my /var/log/messages ... what is this?
This is a machine with Redhat 8.0's kernel, and I use HTB, with the
"tc"
command from the HTB home page.
Any ideas?
